Came here to pick up a switch gear. Came inside to let someone know that I am here to pick up a switch gear for a company that I work for and he immediately started to yell and said that I am not there to pick up a switch gear. Very angry for apparently no reason at all. Also, he did this in front of his subordinates. Sounds like he was on his period.
We had a power outage briefly last night. I had called to report the outage and there was a very detailed and informative message that you could tell was recent, not pre-recorded and was acknowledging that specific event. It was comforting to know they were on top of it and were working diligently to get our power back on!
Terrible customer service.
Very Nice building with a friendly receptionist.
