Absolutely the WORST customer service you can possibly get. I am typically understanding of errors that are done in billing (because they are usually owned up to and/or explained with common courtesy and logical office protocol), but when you talk to someone and they keep defending their excuses and trying to blame you for the overcharge, I find that it is completely unprofessional.
