Nice community venue! I would recommend It for small events and gatherings of less than a hundred people. Accessible parking and building entrance, nice park surroundings next to Lake Ballinger.
The Mountlake Terrace Community Senior Center at Ballinger Park is a friendly, welcoming place to visit and make new friends. Drop by and have a cup of coffee and check out the lunch and activity schedule. I'm sure you will find an activity or special event that interests you. The Center is open Mon - Thurs 9am - 3pm and Friday 9am - 2pm.
