I’m going off the receipt name but I think I was served by Nadia today. She was great. Quick to find the different colour and style Birkenstocks I was wanting to try. Despite being the only staff member on a Sunday Morning and having to help multiple people at once. She was very calm and handled all questions and requests with a smile. Great customer service.
I was shopping for work shoes and had my child with me in a pram when I found a suitable pair. Suddenly, one of the sales assistants said sharply, “Can you please move your pram? I can’t open the drawer — it’s blocking the way.” Her tone was quite angry, so I immediately moved it aside. Despite that, she went ahead and moved my pram again without acknowledging me. Worse customer service I have experienced via LIVE CHAT! ! Honour your “promotions” the correct way! It’s not the consumers fault you people stuffed up with your promotion, pay full price, then refund the portion?!! Very disappointing, unprofessional & very dodgy! Yet, not a care in the world when refusing not to go the ‘dodgy way’. No thank you!!!
