Worst Funeral home I have ever had to conduct business with. During our time of sadness they took advantage of the situation. They were uncaring, would not refund funds due back to us, would not provide us the correct death certificate, and it got to the point that we had to advise them we were calling the authorities. It is shameful that anyone would have to endure this cruel behavior at such a time.
