We are so grateful to MountainView Veterinary Services for the compassionate care they provided to my parents’ 15-year-old cat. They were able to see us on a Sunday, which was such a relief, and quickly treated her infection with kindness and professionalism. From the very first phone call, the front desk staff were incredibly caring, compassionate, and helpful. Although I wasn't able to be there in person, my mom was dealing with what we thought might be an emergency with her cat, DJ. I work at an animal emergency hospital myself, but I'm four hours away, so I felt completely helpless and worried.
