I waited 3 months for an IVF consultation, did all of the pre-appointment paperwork they sent and showed up to the appointment early as instructed. I ended up waiting 10min in line to check in and when it was my turn, the receptionist took another 10min trying to figure out my insurance. Once she figured it out (with some help from a different lady) she said I had to reschedule my consultation because I wasn't checked in 30min prior. I’ve come here for all my pregnancies. I really like the two newer OBs they’ve brought on and Dr. Gutierrez. They make my concerns feel heard and listen to my 20 questions. The nurses and ultrasound techs are also always friendly and pleasant. I’ve overall had a good experience here.
I have gone here multiple times and each time I fill out paperwork to update information it’s never updated properly. Finance department is absolutely AWFUL to get ahold of. I am sent to collections for a bill they never sent to the right insurance, and on the phone was told to ignore it and that “it takes months” to bill the proper insurance. How is the phone line going to say “available from 0700- 1700 Monday through Friday ” but I call at 4 and told the office is closed? It’s Tuesday.
Receptionist Brianna is rude. Waited over three months to be seen by a provider and I’m currently pregnant and when she called had A horrible attitude And didn’t even seem to care about pregnant women and they’re consults If you don’t like your job, then leave and find a different one. You don’t have to make everybody feel miserable like you.
If you have a busy schedule, don’t come here they can never adjust to your schedule. And if you miss an appointment they get mad at you for being “non-compliant”. Service has definitely declined, they aren’t answering phone calls either. Bad communication.
