Receptionist Brianna is rude. Waited over three months to be seen by a provider and I’m currently pregnant and when she called had A horrible attitude And didn’t even seem to care about pregnant women and they’re consults If you don’t like your job, then leave and find a different one. You don’t have to make everybody feel miserable like you.
If you have a busy schedule, don’t come here they can never adjust to your schedule. And if you miss an appointment they get mad at you for being “non-compliant”. Service has definitely declined, they aren’t answering phone calls either. Bad communication.
I got to watch the MANAGER of this establishment dress down a poor pregnant woman and expecting her to disclose her medical condition in front of NUMEROUS patients as if she needed a justification to see the doctor after they sent her home bleeding from the emergency room. UNBELIEVABLE.
The front staff very unprofessional, rude. If they doesn’t want to, they won’t give you your appoiments. I went with a high-risk pregnancy and they canceled my appointment right then and there because I told them I had been waiting for a while. One of the assistants went to talk to her supervisor and they canceled my appointment right then and there, when they were supposed to see me that day, saying they would give me another appointment in another month.
I’ve had a great experience with the office for the first 8 months of my pregnancy. However, today I walked in to check-in for both my ultrasound and OB appointment 15 minutes before it was scheduled at 10:30am. As I checked in, I was told I didn’t make my ultrasound appointment at 9:30. I told them I didn’t receive a reminder or notification of a 9:30 appointment. I then told the receptionist that I did receive an email, 3 text messages and a phone call days prior about my 10:30am appointment so that’s why I’m here at 10:15... read more
