Attempted to charge my wife $99,000 for an annual checkup because she had just lost her insurance and we were still figuring out how to get her on mine. But hey. At least they offered a 20% discount if you paid up front... Absolutely unconscionable.
I when there this morning because my knee was in serious pain this morning I think I tear my meniscus . They performed am x-ray, a doctor show up to tell me that my knee was not broken She don’t even touch it or examined it. She just told me that I have to follow up with my head doctor because she didn’t know what is going on!!!
On Sunday the 4th about 9am I took my wife to the north main office She hurt her leg and side After a few hours they were talking about letting her go home She had to go to the bathroom so they put her on a bed side toilet and told her to stay on it awhile so that they could eat their lunch as this was going on I went home to get my wife a change of clothes I had to help my wife up then my wanted back in the bed so the nurse got the security guard that had no medical training to help her What do you see wrong with this kind ... read more
My family and I were very impressed by the new provider on site Rachel Villa, FNP. I highly recommend this provider to care for you. Dr. Villa knows her stuff and quickly got the ball moving to care for my family member. Very professional, outstanding bedside manners, caring, and very knowledgeable. The MA Spring was very sweet and caring too. Just beware of the receptionist named Rita, she seems kind of shady.
Extremely friendly greeting when I walked in. The receptionist were very friendly. Explained my situation, all my records were there. All my physicians left so I needed a new one.. Rachel Villa accepted me, ordered some lab work and filled my scripts for me. I was very pleased with everyone in the office. Thank you very much
