Terrible experience. When I first moved in the area was great! About a month later my boyfriend and I noticed there was mold in our closet (destroyed a bunch of of my shoes and I wound up having to throw out a bunch of stuff). We figured the building was old so we’d just call it in to our landlord and it would be fixed quick and easy. Wrong. We lived with black mold in our BEDROOM for about 4 months. My experiences here have not been great. Neighbors are very loud and walls are very thin. I can hear their dogs, tv, music, vacuum, loud noises like toilets flushing, coughing, sneezing, Bedroom walls are the worst. Living room is ok. We had to get used to with sleeping with a fan on. The building frame also likes to creek a lot and very loudly like a church. In the rare occasions it is quiet you will still hear trucks on 80. It's never quiet here.
