Found Mountainview Harley to be a great place to buy my new bike. The staff wak knowledgeable, friendly. I was impressed the staff in all departments knew the answers to my questions without hesitation or having to check references. It was very nice to have no pressure when making my choices.
Completely appalled with the care & concern that my bike & I received from the service department Mountainview Harley-Davidson. Harley-Davidson. Sent my bike in for diagnostics due to code issues. There was absolutely no transparency or communication with the process. Nor did they give me an estimate for repairs. They just went ahead and did repairs without reaching out & consulting me. Had both my bikes, Harley and KTM in this last month service did a great job. Really appreciate the help from Seth. was having problems getting my KTM in for the new tires. Seth showed up with a trailer and brought my bike in for me due my work schedule
I just want to say that I have nothing but good things to say about purchase and my service at Mountian View Harley Davidson. I purchased my bike through Eric and he was one of the best salesmen I’ve had the pleasure of dealing with and MJ was the best to finalize my purchases though as well, she made it all so easy and pleasant, she is such an awesome lady.
