I’m writing this review with a big smile on my face. Mountainview Harley-Davidson is one of the best if not THE best motorcycle dealerships in BC. Their sales, service, and finance departments are all absolutely amazing. Not only do they have some of the best-priced Harleys around, but the entire experience feels personal and genuine. Had an amazing experience with this dealership regarding my motorcycle service and warranty repair. The service advisor, Katrina, was very helpful throughout the entire process. The service technician also did a fantastic job completing the service work on the bike. The diagnosis was thoroughly carried out by John, who personally took the time to explain the entire situation, discuss his findings, and clearly advise what part needed to be replaced. The owner is a good person but the sales team need to be a little more professional. If someone decides to not buy anything they don't have to make faces.
