Alejandra and ashley at the front just aren't it. super disrespectful and rude just because my husband forgot to bring his info. this really made me upset why just because you're 3 minutes late they have to reschedule? and my husband got referred by a doctor weren't they supposed to have his info? aren't they able to request it?
Scheduled a new patient appointment online, filled out all the forms and uploaded my insurance info online. Come day of appt they refuse to see me because I arrived 15 minutes early instead of 30 minutes early. What's the point of doing it all online??? Receptionist was rude about it too. Seems like they could account for the extra time in the appt setup.

Worst experience with Dr. Kyla Halsor’s office. My initial appointment was converted to telehealth as doctor has some issues, they that telehealth appointment was rescheduled because doctor had internet issues. Then my physical follow up appointment was scheduled for another day and I showed up12 minutes late because I went to wrong address which I informed the staff about and they still told me that I will have to be rescheduled for another day. I had the worst experience with this hospital just by trying to get an appointment. The communication between the staff is terrible and they seem be misinformed and give miss information. The issues I had could’ve been avoided if the communication was better.
