Truly awful experience. She wasn't able to identify a very prominent issue in my mouth and proceeded to run a painful test two additional times because she didn't do it right the first time. It was also testing for something that was completely irrelevant to the issue at hand. While it was easy to get in to see her, I almost wish it wasn't.
Dr Jones saw me same day I called. I was traveling through the area and she returned my call within hours. She made me feel as if we knew each other for years.
On the Friday before Labor Day Dr. Jones was able to see me (a new patient) to address a dental problem. She correctly diagnosed the problem and provided me with treatment that was able to hold me over until I received a root canal. Thanks you Dr. Jones.
She did work with my entire family. She is professional, courteous, and runs a clean operation. Great place to bring the kids too! Tons of options when it came to payment as well, very reasonable person to work with when times are tight.
I had 3 crowns done here. She was very professional and even caught a metal allergy that had caused me problems with previous crowns. Very Pleased!
