I had such a pleasant experience at mountain view dental! First of all, lisa at front desk was really welcoming, made me feel very relaxed. All team members were really kind, gentle, and always had the warmest smile. Want to mention Natalie, Especially Jinju ! She made me feel completely at ease, even though I usually get nervous at the dentist. Her friendly attitude and caring approach truly stood out — thank you for making my visit so comfortable!
Always the best experience here. I'm not a fan of going to the dentist, but the team here always accommodates me very well and puts me at ease. Would recommend them for sure.
Thank you LILI. I went to the dentist and had three teeth filled. The first time they numbed my tooth, it wasn’t fully numb. The dental assistant, whose name is Lili, noticed my pain from my instinctive reaction of closing my eyes. She immediately realized something was wrong, and the dentist applied more anesthetic. I truly appreciate and thank Lili. She is very kind, well-mannered, and has a genuinely friendly demeanor. She is also highly professional in her work.
