Huge shoutout to Mountainview Dental for bringing Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT) to their practice!!! I cannot recommend them enough, especially if you have extremely sensitive teeth like I do. For years, dental cleanings were a source of pain and major anxiety for me. My teeth react to cold water scaling with unbearable pain. In the past I had to do anesthesia injections into my gums every time just to get through a cleaning.
