As a former patient, I experienced two root canal procedures performed by the dentist, both of which subsequently resulted in infection. One crown was ill-fitting, and on a separate occasion, a foreign object was left in my tooth prior to crown placement, leading to a severe infection. This necessitated an out-of-pocket payment for emergency dental care. While the practice previously provided satisfactory service, these incidents caused significant apprehension, leading me to seek a different dental provider.

I do not recommend Mountain Dental to anyone. I’ve been dealing with them for over 2 years trying to get my implants done correctly, and it’s been nothing but problems and excuses. They constantly cancel appointments last minute, even after I take time off work. After multiple failed attempts to make my implants fit, they even broke a “titanium” screw and still couldn’t fix it after painful drilling sessions. Kristi and the Dr. were really great. The gentle touch they provided during my cleaning and exams was something I really appreciated. Kevin also made the whole process so smooth, from the moment I walked in to checking out. It's not always easy going to the dentist but they made me feel at home, and I left with a big smile!
Awesome!!!! Walked out feeling like a million bucks! Taylor is the best and Kristi is very knowledgeable and gentle on the cleaning.
