every time I go I leave without a service, I've been here 3x in the last couple years... I have a bad back, scoliosis and suffer from chronic lower back pain and sciatica and even though they take my insurance, every time I go in they tell me to go on the website and do stretches. last time he mentioned to the desk associate not to bill the insurance because he only told me to stretch and I'm not sure if he thought he was doing me a favor but really he did everything but help me with the service i came in looking for. Everyone there is pleasant. My neck does feel much better as I am under a lot of strain right now with my little dog going into dementia, blind with cataracts and no teeth at 15. I do prefer the adjustments by hand better. I think that clicker woke up parts of my body that were asleep for quite a while. I do like this office as I finally had Dr. Lang and what a difference he is. I felt so much better after he did his clicker.
I have been going to Dr. Lang for over 10 years now. It started with a back injury skiing, and I am happy to say that I have returned to my active lifestyle. I especially enjoy the fact that I am able to now teach my 6 year old how to Ski. Thank you Dr. Lang.
I had mixed experiences with Dr. Lang. While he seemed knowledgeable as a chiropractor, I have concerns about my treatment. Specifically, I experienced a near-stroke episode (as per the ER) after one of his adjustments, which was alarming. I felt dismissed when I expressed concerns about my pain not improving. Instead of addressing my concerns, Dr. Lang would often downplay.
