If it were possible to give this office 0 Stars I would absolutely do it. I am beyond Furious and disgusted with this office. And under no circumstances will i ever take my animals here. I will not recommend to anyone and I will do whatever I can to make sure no one I know ever attempt to go here. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. I live outside of Boston, but will not use any other vets, no matter how local and convenient. Frankly, I have been ripped off by small animal vets so often, I just don't trust any of them. Pricing is outrageous and they always try to "guilt trip" you into everything and anything, even if they know it is forcing you to choose between your children and your pets. Mt.
