Not only is their lot rent double the average for the area, they raise it every single year. And it varies depending on the lot you’re on. Not sure how their other parks are; but favoritism is an obvious thing that regularly happens. Above all of their problems though; not being compliant with the clean drinking water act.
Place is a joke all there locations they own rip off promise after promise all they do is lie i dont live there but i have friends who do
