Worse experience I have ever had with a vet. Was told on the phone twice I would be allowed to be present when my dog’s blood was drawn, a routine practice at my previous vet. When I arrived, I was told they don’t allow that. Explained the situation, the receptionist said again they don’t allow that, started rolling her eyes at me and laughing like I was an idiot.
