Took my brother to the Brigham City ER. He had been tripping, falling and very incoherent. After running several tests and scans, Dr. Hilton said there was no medical reason for him to stay, even though he was obviously dizzy and incoherent. Because of geographic reasons there was nowhere for him to go. They would not give us any advice as to where to take him. They handed us the discharge papers and left. Provider was great, but billing has been a nightmare. Double charged for everything, impossible to get an itemized statement. I am self pay, so billing should be straight forward as we are not dealing with insurance/claims/adjustments etc. but the incompetence of this company is alarming. I have called so many times trying to get duplicate charges removed and self pay discounts applied. I had a wonderful surgeon but due to the billing issues, I would not return to his office for treatment and will avoid St. Marks and any oth... read more

Treatment was great. Paying my bill was impossible. I received bills in the mail, but every time I tried to pay online, the system said I owed nothing. I called customer service three times. Every time they looked at my account, verified my balance, then when they tried to take a payment, they found I owed nothing. Nobody has been able to fix the issued, and I'm always told someone will call me back. I've now spent more time trying to pay my bill than I did with the doctor.
