Was looking for a reset and choose mountainside and leaving with mixed feelings and disappointment. Clearly you can feel there PE backed ownership puts profits ahead of “client service”. It’s a defiantly pay for service environment as I chose to upgrade my recovery with a suite as I needed access to my computer and phones from time to time. Even in recovery you have real world responsibilities. This “access” didn’t come without a significant incremental per diem cost in excess of $1,500 per day. Mountainside has been amazing in support of our son as well as us as parents throughout this challenging and painful journey of addiction!! In particular, The Sober Coach, Morris, that is working directly w our son and in tandem with us is absolutely amazing in so so many ways. He has and continues to go up and above each and every day!! My daughter’s recovery coach Jeanine Ierardi, was amazing!!! She was the best that Mountainside could offer as a recovery coach. She went far and beyond helping and supporting us through the most difficult time in our lives. She saved our daughter’s life!!!
