Use to be my go to shop for skis and specialized bikes. Not anymore if you dont go in dressed like money the service sucks. Thought it may have been a one time deal. But went in a few weeks ago looking for a new mountain bike. Worker only said to me we have some cheaper bikes over there and offered no other help. Your loss just cause I was in cargo shorts and a t-shirt does not mean I dont have money to spend.
RecommendedYou know your boot fitter did a great job when you get to the bottom of an 1,800 foot high speed vertical run and go to open your lower buckles in the lift line, only to find you never closed them after the last run. Great job Chris on the Nordica Strider 120 fit. Warm, comfortable, and ski great, even when unbuckled.
I would like to thank the man who talked with me last week. Spent a good 40min with me. He helped me buy my daughter the right skis. We went Sunday for her 1st time on them. She did wonderful and loved them! Excellent customer service!! Very happy with overall experience and will be back for any future ski or snowboard purchases!
Thanks to Chris and is staff for recommending the Norida Enforcer 100. They crushed it today at Mount Snow in 2ft +/- of Powder!!! Also held phenominal yesterday on the groomers!
Extremely knowledgeable staff, great boot fitters, prices are the same as on the internet. Literally no reason not to support this small business if you are in the market for snow sports gear!
