Check-in was quick and easy, and staff were all professional and kind.
I really liked Dr. John. She was quick on her feet (considering all the power went out in the building right before our consultation) and she used her flashlight! We talked, she took notes, and she listened and reassured me, coming up with a plan of action to get to the bottom of my problem.
Dr Oh was very patient and did not rush me. He listened to everything I had to say and answered all of my questions. He even brought up images from different sources or imaging facilities and explained what it showed in terms I would/could understand. There is one concern from a recent visit and he wants me to get images and then go back to see him for evaluation and progress moving forward.
