Mountainside Fitness Shea is a fantastic gym with something for everyone. The facility is large, well-maintained, and consistently clean, which makes every workout enjoyable. I've had a membership at Lifetime for years. This location is significantly better at a fraction of the cost. Very well maintained. Tons of equipment, nice locker rooms, plenty of amenities, child care is great. Also I like Brendan in membership services, he was very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommend this location
I absolutely love Mountainside Fitness – Paradise Valley. One of the biggest reasons is the Kids Club. My kids genuinely love going there, have so much fun, and are always happy when I drop them off. It gives me peace of mind to work out knowing they are cared for in such a positive, high-energy environment. I truly appreciate this service. Mountainside Fitness is one of the best gyms I’ve been to, and a huge reason is how clean and well-maintained the facility always is!!
