All the staff is friendly, helpful and always available. Clean, organized and plenty of equipment

The gym is very well kept up. Nice employees been a member for over 5 years. I do have a problem with one of the district managers. Tony Gilbert seems to have a personality, anger management problem. One does not scream at a person and blocks them in where they cannot get out. Also , while screaming he is Spitting on you. This is unacceptable. The man seems to have a mental problem that is unknown to the owners. No problem with the gym or manager. Tony can be a little scary.
Everyone here is very welcoming and helpful! The gym is always very clean & everyone always wipes down the equipment after use. My mom & I have been going to the group fitness classes and absolutely love the instructors, especially Julie! She makes us feel very motivated to join every week and to push ourselves.
