Dr Kudla and his staff are nothing short of AMAZING. I called yesterday as I was having immense tooth pain and the woman at the front desk really showed empathy for me and put me down as an emergency appointment for 4:30. As soon as I came, the staff were extremely pleasant to work with and helped me right away. Dr Kudla determined my two upper wisdom teeth had grown in and were ready to be removed. Beautiful, modern office and excellent staff. The best hygienist! My teeth are so sensitive and she was sure to be careful while doing my cleaning to ensure my comfort. The doctor was thorough with my exam and answered my questions. From checking/explaining my insurance to scheduling my next appointment the front desk took care of me. It was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dental office. Highly recommend.
Great experience from start to finish. Everyone in the office was very friendly. My teeth havent felt this clean in a long time. Would definitely recommend. 5-Stars for sure!
I had a very disappointing experience at this dental office. Before my appointment, I called ahead to provide my updated insurance information (due to getting married). The woman I spoke with—who mentioned she was working from home—confirmed that everything was set and that my appointment was scheduled. When I came in for my cleaning, instead of focusing on my comfort and the appointment itself, I was asked multiple insurance-related questions while in the chair.
