Honestly wouldn't give them a single star, but unfortunately you have to... Went to them for a quick and easy job, they quoted me $100+ and when i refused service, they then conversed amongst each other and decided to charge me a rack fee of $30- which was NEVER mentioned prior to the quote nor did i notice it posted anywhere. i paid it and left. Needless to say, I took my business elsewhere where and was charged $30 for the whole job. I paid more for the "rack fee" at this place than I did for the actual job at a different ... read more
They said they can clean up aluminum heads. After skimming it and removing their welds, there is far too much porosity from the welds for this head to be used. Very low quality welding.
Great service very accommodating. Had a wonderful experience couldn't recommend them highly enough. I encourage anyone who needs fabrication work done to visit this place. Awesome!
Poor customer service, I stood there waiting 15 min to get a quote. The woman upfront was nice and helpful and kept apologizing for the wait, Thank you for that. The gentleman I was waiting on was talking to another customer about the job completed (understandable), but when you start conversing about the business next door and other random things while you have someone waiting is completely unacceptable.
