First time there I liked that I able to ask Brad questions while he probably was busy working. But very nice people I have another problem that came up I said I can do that one myself and he offered to show me how to do it, taking his time to do that ment a lot.

My car stopped suddenly stopped driving in the middle of a highway. After pulling over and looking at the oil, I wasn’t hopeful. The oil was mis-colored and thick. I got a tow to impact auto in battle ground, even though they were closed. By the next day they called and set up an appointment to do a diagnostic on my car. You never want to have to spend money on getting your vehicle fixed but it's nice knowing when I do it will be money well spent. The team at impact auto in Battle Ground did a wonderful job on my Chevrolet 15 passenger van. Excellent communication, care, and knowledge! Outstanding!
