My husband brought his truck in for a check-up and general maintenance. Our previous mechanics have always called to let us know if there were any critical repairs needed as they found problems. We had an 8:00 appointment, and they called at 4:00 to say it was ready. All they had done was an oil change. The receipt printed at 4:20 has 10 repairs “declined”, but my husband wasn’t ever advised that they were even needed. It’s a new business, and hopefully communication will improve.
We are very happy with Impact Auto. Great customer service, fair prices and the software they use for contact is so helpful. Highly recommend using Impact for automotive work!!
