Love this place, they are extremely helpful and knowledgeable on what they do. Brad is always ready and willing to answer all of my questions. I would recommend.
I was having some issues with my car and really didn’t want to take it to the dealership. I had several people refer Impact Automotive so I called unbeknownst to me they were actually closed but Brad answered the phone took the time to discuss what was going on and what he recommended we try. Do NOT go here! This used to be a trustworthy place when Mark was here (Mountainside) but with the new owner, things have changed. I’m writing my experience, hoping that no one else will fall for their deception. I decided to have my vehicle looked at by Impact since the previous owner was awesome.
