I am heartbroken, heartbroken, to hear you are leaving. You took care of my precious angel Lilly on her passing and the experience could not have been any more supportive and compassionate care. Dignified end to her precious life. It is even hard for me to pass your location now, knowing you are going. It is a very sad day for us. Thank you for your service.
I just wanted to say thankyou to every staff member I encountered in the early morning hours of Tuesday morning. I’ve never lost a pet before nor have I had to make the decision to. The level of empathy I experienced from the vet technician, and the receptionists, is something I’ll forever be grateful for. I was a wreck while I was there, but just wanted to reach out now and send my sincere gratitude to this clinic.
They really know their stuff and make visits easy for both me and my cat.
In ordinary circumstances, I would feel regret that a business was unable to withstand difficult times. However, in this case, I cannot help but express a sense of relief and even satisfaction that your hospital will be closed soon. The level of unprofessionalism, cruelty, and cynicism that I experienced in relation to my pet was shocking. Eternally grateful to all the doctors, technicians, assistants, and receptionists that have made this facility so vital to the north shore community. All of my pets have visited over the years, from my senior dog in 2019 to my kitten in 2025. Every visit was met with the utmost kindness, compassion, and quality of care.
