I cannot say enough good things about this program. Our son has participated in several MountainSea day camps and recently returned from his first week-long sea kayaking trip. MountainSea is everything we hoped camp would be - professionally guided with opportunities for kids to build new skills, develop confidence and have fun all while fostering a love of the outdoors in the most beautiful settings. Communication is exceptional.
My 16 yo son recently got home from one of the expeditions. He came home happy and relaxed and after pulling details out of him (16, right?) he really had such an amazing experience. Aside from the promised paddling, survival skills and activities he told us all about their long talks, fun ukulele jam sessions and great vibes from Josh and Nina. We are SO happy we made the choice to send him! Thank you guys
My 16 year old son just completed their 4 day kayaking course along the Maine coast. He came back tired but happy for the experience. The disconnection from the online world and reconnection to the real world inspired my son to take a more active role in learn new skills even after the trip. I'm hoping this carries on until his next adventure. Thank you, Josh & Nina.
I can't say enough about this experience for my 13yo daughter. Professional, fun, good communication, and worth every cent! The sea kayaking trip truly gave my daughter more confidence in herself and she pushed herself like she never knew she could. Super experience, thank you!
A wonderful, very professional, fun team leading our kids in a safe, caring environment to the outdoors. It feels our youth needs more outdoor time to find more connection to each other, to nature, to the living world. This experience provided an excellent opportunity to learn sea kayaking basics, explore part of the Maine coast while helping the kids to get to know each other and themselves. Solid communication from the sign up process to the departure and arrival. An amazing value for the price. Thank you!
