Nate bailed us out of a jam, after our H2 Hummer had been with another transmission shop in Brevard for almost two months! The other shop hadn't even started the work for 2 months and never gave us an update. When I called Nate at Mountain to Sea Transmissions, he gave my wife an I a fair price on a new transmission. We dropped off my son's truck off Feb 12th of this year for transmission issues. Nate ran diagnostic and THAT WAS IT! From there, it was constant excuses as to WHY he had not started on it or couldnt. We FINALLY found someone else 3 DAYS AGO ! And he STILL charged us 213.00 for just running a diagnostic on it! Really! This was the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! WE REALLY NEEEDED THIS TRUCK TO BE RUNNING BY NOW! THANKS FOR NOTHING
Don't go here. Dropped my truck off for a transmission rebuild a while back. He diagnosed it, told me he would rebuild, then told me it would be 2 weeks before he could start. He had my truck for almost 4 months and never did a thing to it. Never called. And when i would call it was always another excuse. Would not recommend to anybody.
