Jordan installed ventilation in our garage. He did a great job, and it made a HUGE difference in the air quality. He was able to assess what we needed by sending him a few pictures. In the fall of 2024, our furnace died. Jordan set everything else aside to deal with the emergency and it was an emergency. One day I believe he worked until after 6:00pm, even though he is a single parent with kids at home. We gave him some cash to buy takeout for him and his kids. He was back bright and early the next morning. Some of the other reviewers need to understand that emergencies take priority. Do not recommend, agreed to a job at a set price then attempted to increase the price after beginning the job. After threatening to up and leave I was forced to fine someone new. Also, never offer any payment until the job is done!
