We have been here twice now, once for after care from Nepean Animal Hospital (they’re connected) and today for a vaccine. My cat HATES vets but they are really understanding of that, they take time to let him settle into the consult room while we talk and they generally have a very caring approach. They have designated dog and cat rooms to help cats/dogs feel comfortable in the rooms. There’s a cat tree in the cat room. I’ve seen two different vets there now and they’ve both been great. Shirley is so lovely with our puppy and we feel well looked after
I have taken all my dogs here over the past few years. Including boarding , emergency care, diagnosis, vaccinating, and pain management. Thank you Dr Ben
