Sent my assistant to get a part for a water filter for our office. Instead of actually helping, he was condescending and very unhelpful. She went twice and all they did was insult my assistant’s intelligence when she was seeking advice from “experts.” Not. Happy. At. All.

Once on WALTON AVE, Stay to te LEFT. You need to come in through the BACK ENTRANCE. Cars, small vans, pickups without trailers use the 184 W 3300 S address. FAIR WARNING... if you are in a semi with a 53' trailer, ASK the staff NICELY how to BACK INTO THE DOCK. They have watched many drivers do it WRONG. Good Luck. GOD BLESS YOU
