I should have written this sooner. I really appreciate this place and their employees! Shoutouts to Hunter, Chris, and Brady for always making me feel welcom. I never feel like an inconveinence and they always help me out. Last week, Hunter and Brady helped me out in a pinch while in the middle of my route my standing mower just died. They were able to look at it and within 15 or less min. They got it all fixed and I was able to salvage the rest of my route. You guys are amazing! Thank you again for all your help!
They couldn't help me with what I needed but customer service was excellent
Awesome end of the week service. I walked in just 10 minutes before they closed for the weekend. The item I wanted, an Echo leaf blower, was on sale (15% off). I was given a complete tutorial, the fuel tank was filled, and I was given an extra container of fuel. They registered my Echo for me so I didn't have to do that at home. Very fast and friendly service at the end of their week.
Every interaction that I’ve had with Mountainland with every staff member, I have interacted with included the following traits: knowledgeable, professional, helpful, smart invested in helping me solve my problem and so much more. I cannot say enough good things about this company. I thought I knew exactly what type of robotic lawnmower I was going to purchase.
