I visited the showroom with the intention to buy a new kitchen faucet. My faucet had low flow and my plumber told me it'd be hundreds of dollars to fix it, and at that price I might as well buy a new one. The salesperson Brandy was super knowledgeable about faucets and skilled with their inventory / product lookup system. She showed me a parts diagram for my faucet and convinced me that I probably didn't need a new one. Customer service, well stocked, knowledgeable, I can't recommend them enough.
I could go on and on about the help they gave me, I had no luck before and they really got me out of a jam.
