Easy access plenty parking spaces
First I'm terrys wife Carol. Once again I had to go to Mountainhall, for treatment on my eye.This place is amazing from receptionist, nurses doctors and other staff. You are made to feel welcome , treated with the utmost respect, kindness and their care is second to none. If I was a private patient I could not be treated any better. I was seen on the 10th June and I am struggling to find any reason to complain, fact is, it was the best ophthalmology appointment I have ever had. The Dr even apologised for keeping me waiting, I was seen by numerous people who made sure every issue was covered and I left after only being there for 1hr 10minutes. Other hospitals have taken 6hrs and not managed to do the full treatment! Thank you to everyone involved in my care that day, you were all absolutely amazing!!
Lovely helpful and friendly staff. I had both eyes cataracts removed and it's been a huge success. My sight is perfect. During procedure every step was explained. And I felt safe and confident in their care. I'd like to say Sonia on reception was also helpful and friendly. All nurses and my surgeon 'Amen' were amazing thank you.
The best place in the country to be when unwell or needing treatment. Five star treatment every time.
