I would absolutely recommend Ryder homes as a builder. They genuinely care about the quality and the care of the buyers. They don't try to swindle you in the end with a lousy low quality home. They aim to build the best. They also are very reasonable on upgrade pricing. We also found that once we closed they were absolutely willing to fix all warranty items and never squabbled about any of them.
