Booked MountainFresh Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning for my sectional. Tech used a rotary brush on the delicate microfiber and ripped a 6-inch seam on the cushion. I watched it happen. Manager came out and said “fabric was already weak” and refused responsibility. $160 cleaning turned into a $900 couch replacement. MountainFresh Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning tears up more than dirt.
Paid MountainFresh Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning $280 for enzyme treatment + carpet cleaning in 2 bedrooms. Day 1 it smelled like wet dog + chemicals. Week later the urine smell is stronger and now there’s a musty odor too. Called them back — tech said “sometimes it gets worse before better” and wanted $150 more to retreat. MountainFresh Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning activated old stains and my wallet.
