I have called as a possi le new customer and their phone goes straight to voice message. After 3 messages I have yet to receive a call back.
Was much better when it was a family owned business. They don't value the customers or drivers here
Recently got an automatic (and unneeded) fill up only 6 months after our last fill up. This despite the fact that we still had a tank that was 40% full and historically have only needed to fill up every 12 months. True I was on KEEP FULL plan, but we were on this plan last year and didn't have them come out at 40% to top us off. I guess the "KEEP FULL" plan is in reference to the status of their pockets forcing us to pay premium to top off when we don't actually need any fuel.
I never had an account, but needed help with the closing of my home and they were so polite and helpful every time. Thank you Matt and Remy! You two are the best!
My tank was $1800 to fill Called Mt Flame $900 Yes i switched over immediately
