A 17 year old took her car in due to a front tire that was severely worn out. At the time she was the only customer and it took two hours to change the tire out. She received what she thought was a good used tire. After 20 or less miles and in two days since installed, the tire blew out. She returned to the shop and they were going to put on another tire.
