BEWARE-You do not always get what you pay for. We had an issue with our heat pump in our Winnebago. Specifically a motor froze up and no air conditioning. Took it to Mountaineer RV and got Royally Screwed. Was charged $3340.00. Upset over the price but assumed the unit worked and we had air. Work order stated motor replaced on AC/Heat Pump. Functions as designed. Upset but paid and left. First time out- NO AIR- $3340.00 got us a fan. Called and Waited on another appointment. Dropped it off and told they would look at it. An... read more
