I used this place for couples counseling with a therapist named Maddison. She was incredibly unprofessional and called my husband outside of business hours and lied about it, then when addressed it was swept aside. I was the client, this was being billed through MY insurance as me the patient that was bringing someone in with me. She gave out information that I never signed a release for, them emailed me a cut off file to sign and date and just said it was for "updated information". Hello. My name is Tara Odom. I would like to file a grievance against the director of Mountairneer Mental Health in Romney, WV. I recently tried to get into their services for a therapist. When I told the therapist and the director my concerns about their Covid policies and how they chose to not remember my schedule or write it down I got told that I am not adaptable enough for their help.
