First off, this is the ONLY lodging in the little town of Reserve, NM. So if they wanted to let this place get run down, they could as you have no other options. Fortunately, that is NOT THE CASE! It appears this motel has been remodeled fairly recently and is pretty darn nice! Clean rooms, comfy beds, good bathroom amenities, good size refrigerator, desk... All nice.
