I have nothing but negative things to say about this so called “care provider”. I’ll start from the beginning. I called to make an appointment to establish primary care, moving from Winchester to this area I would have preferred to have my primary care closer by. I have a long, complex medical history, so before making an appointment I asked the receptionist if the providers here would be able to continue writing my current prescriptions and take on multiple complex chronic health issues. Heather Willey is the best! She not only goes above and beyond to ensure my well being she also encourages me to make healthier choices. She is very personable and speaks in layman terms making it much more easier to understand. The best thing though is that your not rushed thru the appointment. She takes the time to spend with me until I have no more questions. She deserves a medal for putting up with me. I could go on and on but I'll just say one last thing!!
