TERRIBLE! absolutely terrible, overprice, and rude business
The first time I went they did a great job and charged me a decent price so I thought. After they put my car back together it still was wobbling so I take it back and asked him to find out what's wrong with it and I will pay them to fix it they had me pay $800 for parts that I didn't need cuz after I paid them my car was still wobbling. Got into a car accident a few weeks ago and I’ve tried multiple times to contact them and the receptionist hangs up on me everytime I call. I just want the stuff out of my totaled car. UPDATE THREE WEEKS LATER: Still haven’t heard back from them, I’ve called back with no answer, assuming they’re trying to keep the car longer to increase the amount of money they will try to charge me or that they stole the 2 loads of laundry I had in my car when I wrecked. My car got towed on a Sunday evening, the rude receptionist told me that it would be an hour wait and it ended up being two hours. The weirdest part about the whole ordeal is that they only take cash, what other towing company only takes cash?
