I called Matt in sheer desperation as our a/c unit would not come on. We had installed a new thermostat in the fall, it worked on heat- we never tried it on cool. Just figured it would work. Matt came asap and fixed it in no time. He also installed a new high efficiency furnace for us some time ago. Great guy, great service. Would highly recommend him.
So; I asked someone to come out and give me an estimate for split air conditioning units. Someone did come out and looked at what i needed, then said that they would get back to me with an estimate. How long should that take?? It has been over 2 weeks!! Since June 10th. Still have not heard a word. I guess that they do not need my business. I think that that is a poor way to run a business. I would suggest people look elswhere.
Matt is one of the most knowledgeable and skilled technicians in the city. He provides outstanding friendly and honest service for his customers. His rates are more affordable than most. I also work in the industry and give Matty a call whenever I can't figure an issue out. Highly Recommend!
Needed someone to inspect my heat-pump/AC unit. MountainAire was fast, friendly. Service mechanic Matt was friendly and provided some great suggestions and new equipment to make better user of my gas fireplace as well which was helpful as it was something we hadn't used due to it's original installation being 'clunky'. Would highly recommend Mountainaire for your HVAC needs!
