My grandmother boarded her older but active and healthy dog with you on 12/26/24. When she picked her up on 12/30/24, the poor thing couldn't walk, couldn't lift her head, didn't even respond to my grandma's voice. The guy pulled her out and shoved her into my grandmother's car. We took our cat in to get his front claws removed. After we were able to take the bandages off his left paw got really infected. We made an emergency on-call appointment. and we all know how costly that is. I felt they were very negligent in their examination. They weighed him, took his temp, barely looked at his paw, gave him a shot and sent us home with soap pads , antibiotics, and prednizone. Thank you for taking great care of our Lola yesterday. We brought her in for an issue with a tooth and of course she received excellent treatment. Thank you also for taking the extra time to brush out her fur. She came home looking like a movie star.
They have the most caring and friendly staff. During the hardest of times, they comfort and provide compassionate service to the patient and their family. ❤️
Was in and out in no time at all. Everyone was very nice and polite. The tech was super sweet and treated our dog with great care.
