I am so happy Mountain Yoga exists. A great range of classes and teachers for every skill level. Ann Dyer (and the rest of the teachers here) has gone above and beyond to create series for every kind of interest and practitioner. I feel (as a perpetual beginner to yoga) well supported and happy to show up to classes - in person or remote. Thank you Mountain Yoga!

Mountain Yoga is much more than a yoga studio and practice. Ann has created a community, weaving in meditation, chanting, fascinating speakers, fantastic workshops and retreats. The best part for me is that you get all these benefits without the pretension you sometimes find in a yoga studio — Ann and her team are down to earth, meet you where you are, and make it easy to fit right in. Highly recommended
