This is a wonderful group of folks to practice with - either in person or remote. A lovely community, and classes for every skill level, interest, and ability. Recommended!
I absolutely love teaching at Mountain Yoga. One of the first things you notice is the warm floor — it immediately helps students relax and settle their nervous systems, which creates such a welcoming start to practice. As a mom trying to balance a career with parenting, I've really appreciated Mountain Yoga's wide variety of classes offered via Zoom. Mountain Yoga teachers are always conscientious about Zoomies, and I never feel like I'm on the "outside" of the class. It's also allowed me to more easily attend different teachers' classes and get a sense of the expanse of expertise offered. Thank you MY for helping to keep yoga a vibrant part of my life!
Mountain Yoga students and staff are a joyous, talented and committed group. As a teacher, I know my fellow teachers bring remarkable depth and range in their approaches. The students, of which I am also one, are committed to our practices and to our studio community which couldn't be more welcoming. Come to experience the wealth that's on offer: classes, of course, but also meditation, workshops on healthy aging, sound baths and so much more.
