We have relied on Zach and his team at Mountain Works for several years and are deeply appreciative of the terrific job they do caring for us and our property. Personable, polite, trustworthy individuals, who have consistently brought a positive spirit and can-do energy to whatever task has needed attention-and the list at our house has been wide-ranging from routine maintenance to emergency and complicated situations. I hope to be able to count on them for years to come.

I’ve worked with Zach and Mountain Works for several years and I couldn’t be more pleased. They are honest, reliable and responsive, attributes anyone looking for caretaker services would want. They are able to do just about anything you’d need to maintain a second home. They handle the landscaping maintenance you’d expect, but they’ve repaired fences, rehung a broken pocket door and kept us informed of weather and fire situations as needed. I’ve worked with Zach and the Mountain Works team for several years now. We couldn’t be more pleased. He keeps us posted on the condition of our property on a regular basis. More importantly, he is quick to address any emergencies or other special requests. Construction , electrical, plumbing, boat lifts , or a pickup at Home Depot or Walmart etc , Zach can fix it and if not, he has a list of good subcontractors to call on. And he makes billing easy too. I highly recommend Zach Mathis and The Mountain Works team!
